(via The Qaddafi Disaster at the United Nations, in Photos | Foreign Policy) As far as being entertaining goes, Qaddafi is one of my all time favourite world leaders. He so crazy, with his tent, his foreign minister who dresses like Willy Wonka and his all female contingent of body guards.
